Cocktail of the Season

Nothing says celebration more, than the sound of Champagne corks popping, and cocktails made with Champagne are the perfect way to celebrate.

What is a cocktail?  A cocktail is a mixed drink, with an alcohol base, (in our case Champagne), which can be mixed with a liqueur or spirit and combined with tonic, fruit juice or any other non-alcoholic mixer.

There are many different champagne cocktails, but they all fall into two categories. Long or short.  They are generally more mixer than alcohol, and are often served with Ice, fresh fruit as garnish and a straw.

Every month we will show you how to make a different Champagne cocktail, using the champagne of your choice.

Please enjoy your cocktail responsibly.
